Len is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, studying and teaching yoga, fitness, and dance since 1999. He is the founder of Ancient Earth Skills - Feral Human Fitness, and the Couch Potato to Wild Critter corrective exercise program.
