

Youth Gymnastics - Fall '26, Session 1
- Pre K: 4:00-4:45p
- Beginner: 4:45p-5:30p
- Beginner/Intermediate: 5:30-6:15p
- Intermediate: 6:15-7:00p
- Pre K: 8:30-9:15a
- Beginner: 9:15-10:00a
- Beginner/Intermediate: 10:00-10:45a
- Intermediate: 10:45-11:00a
Age ranges based on levels are general and may not apply to every child.
This level is to build basic coordination and confidence. We will be practicing following instructions, moving our bodies safely, building strength, improving balance/coordination, and motor skills. The class setting allows students to socialize and learn! Some specific skills we will be practicing are different kinds of jumps, rolls, balance drills, and safety landings, not to mention a variety of other fun skills! The class will include warm-up activities, an obstacle course, a reset activity, and skill reinforcement. Parents are welcome to join the kiddos or watch from the seating area.
This level begins to build basic skills (cartwheels, handstands, bridges, kickover, backbend, etc.). The focus is on how to perform skills safely and correctly. The goal is growth over time and building strength and rudimentary skills to advance to more complicated skills. This class promotes independence, confidence, and listening skills, while being active and getting stronger! This class will include stretching, a warm-up course, obstacle course, floor work, and work on our tumble track. Students must be able to follow instructions and work independently.
This level allows students to work on skills that build on those from the beginner level, including front handsprings, round-offs, front-limbers, etc. There will be a focus on safety and proper form. This class promotes independence, confidence, and listening skills, while being active and getting stronger! This class will include stretching, a warm-up course, obstacle course, floor work, and work on our tumble track. Students must be able to follow instructions and work independently.
This level allows students to work on more advanced skills: back handsprings, front and back walkovers, tinsicas, etc. There will be a focus on safety and proper form. This class promotes independence, confidence, and listening skills, while being active and getting stronger! This class will include stretching, a warm-up course, stations, floor work, and work on our tumble track. Students must be able to follow instructions and work independently.
